Embattled businessman Alfred Agbesi Woyome will return to court today over his suit against Focal Media, the publishers of the enquirer newspaper. Mr. Woyome sued the editor of the newspaper for what he says is a misrepresentation of some documents covering the ownership of the newspaper. Speaking to XYZ News, an aide to Mr. Woyome, Kwame Tawiah said his boss will finally have his turn in the dock today to prove his case. �He will be in the dock to take questions�about his relationship with Raymond Archer, what that whole business stands for and how he invested into the company, why he did that and at what time and basically for the courts to understand his relationship with focal media� Mr. Tawiah said.
