Vice President Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur says technical education and training are key to the country�s development. He said the second NDC government will upgrade and expand all technical training institutes to empower the youth with the requisite training to enable them to play effective roles in the country�s development mix. The Vice President said this when he paid a courtesy call on the overlord of the Mamprugu Traditional Area in Nalerigu and also addressed a large crowd at the forecourt of the palace.
