A section of the management committee of the national under-20 team want care-taker trainer Maxwell Konadu ousted, Ghanasportsonline.com sleuth hounding can reveal.
Some of the officials are pushing for his exit after claiming he has shown gross insubordination towards some members of the overseeing authority.
But Ghanasportsonline.com can reveal some of the management members have failed in their attempt to push players on him- a scenario which has developed a massive friction between the two parties.
This came to light when some movers and shakers of the Ghana Football Association met after the Black Stars vrs Cape Verde game in Portugal to discuss the future of Maxwell Konadu vis-�-vis the national under 20 team.
The former Asante Kotoko coach however has the full backing of the Ghana Federation president Kwesi Nyantakyi who has repose confidence in the trainer to hold onto the job.
Nyantakyi�s backing means Maxwell Konadu is likely to continue with his stop-gap coaching role with the Satellites whilst deputizing for Black Stars head coach Akwesi Appiah.
Maxwell Konadu led the Black Satellites to qualify for next year�s Africa youth Championship in Algeria after completing an incredible 5-4 aggregrate win over North African giants Morocco.
