President Mahama has assured members of the Creative Industry of better welfare under his administration. He stated that the industry is a major job creation avenue and discovery of talents, hence it needs special attention. The President was interacting with members of the creative industry when they called on him at the Castle, Osu to congratulate him on his feat. President Mahama was grateful to the Creative Industry for their show of solidarity over the period. He urged the various groups to come under one body for easy dialogue with government and also to ensure adequate utilisation of budget allocations. President Mahama stated his decision to move the Creative Industry from the Chieftaincy Ministry to another Ministry.
