Mahama Asked Turkish Investors To Explore Business Opportunities In Ghana

President John Dramani Mahama has thrown an open invitation to Turkish investors to visit Ghana,explore business opportunities and areas of mutual cooperation. Interacting with key Turkish Industry players in Ankara, President Mahama said Ghana is peaceful and has a stable economy which positions her as a favourable grounds to reach other markets in Africa. He said Ghana will like to cooperate with Turkey in the areas of Agro-processing, Pharmaceutical, Power Generation particularly Solar energy and Civil engineering. Turkey is a member of the G20 and has more than two hundred and eighty Industries. Meanwhile, President John Mahama will today hold discussions with the Turkish President Abdullah Gul at the Presidential Palace and later Co-Chair Bilateral discussions between Ghana and Turkey. The President is also expected to meet with the Prime Minister of Turkey Tayib Erdogan and attend a state dinner in his honour before leaving to Istanbul the Cosmopolitan Capital of Turkey for the next leg of his four day visit to that country.
