Owusu-Bempahs Prophecy Is As A Result Of High Fever Or Hallucination - Kwesi Pratt

Managing Editor of the Insight newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr, has slammed the Founder and Head of Glorious Word Ministry International, Rev. Isaac Owusu-Bempah, describing him as a charlatan for prophesying that President Mahama might die this year but the calamity can be averted if the President sought the face of God in prayers. Taking a direct swipe at Rev. Owusu Bempah on Metro Tvs Good Morning Ghana programme, Kwesi Pratt catalogued a litany of options that might have influenced the man of God to publicly air the prophesy he claims God revealed to him. According to him, it is crystal clear that the side effect of high fever might have played a pivotal role in the choice of vision Rev. Bempah received. The founder and Head of Glorious Word Ministry International, Rev. Isaac Owusu-Bempah, courted controversy last week when he went to town with a revelation from God concerning the untimely death of President Mahama unless he (President Mahama) and his advisors take steps to reverse the calamity. Responding to Rev. Owusu-Bempahs latest outburst to the other men of God who also openly criticized him (Owusu-Bempah), Kwesi Pratt urged the populace never to give the prophet an ear nor attach any form of seriousness to his messages. People do hallucinate sometimes and when people are affected with diseases like high fever and so on, they can see all kinds of visions...I dont know why you take such people seriously because these high fever patients and so on, they would tell you that they dream up all kind of things, he said. He vowed not to personally waste his time on charlatans like Rev. Owusu-Bempah and his likes who have consistently tried to portray themselves as close associates of God.
