Ghana U-20 management committee chairman George Afriyie had a surprise birthday party on Saturday at the team�s training camp in Novara.
Ghana international midfielder Ahmed Barusso who plays for Serie B side Novara threw a party for the ambitious football administrator.
Afriyie was joined by members of the technical team to celebrate his birthday.
