Ghanaian female vocalist Efya Awindor is one of the luckiest celebrities today, as she celebrates her 27th birthday.
Efya Awindor�s over 4,701 fans on social platforms Facebook and Twitter started pouring their warm birthday greetings online a few days before her actual birthday.
Queen mother Nana Adwoa Awindor dedicated her Facebook page to her princess musician wishing her the best in all her endeavors. Although she had been singing since she was 9 years old, Efya didn�t quite decide to do it professionally until she auditioned and gained national recognition in 2008 as the first runner up of Charter House�s Stars Of The Future.
Since her entrance into professional music, Efya as she is known in show business, has been rising up the ladder of success. Recently, her �Best In Me� track joined the group of songs to be featured in award winning African movies.
Fans of Efya went wow when they heard the song in some of the scenes of the Nigerian movie �Flower Girl�. She is presently putting finishing touches to her highly anticipated debut studio album, Love Genesis, slated for a first quarter release in 2013.
