The President on his Facebook wall said �I have sent a personal letter to my brother, President Obama, sympathising with him, the US Government and its people following yesterday's explosion in Boston during the Boston Marathon. �..Ghana reiterates its condemnation of all acts that bear the hallmarks of terrorism, as such acts can have no justification for whatever cause the perpetrators seek to espouse,� he posted.
