A Member of the New Patriotic Party�s (NPP) Communications team has stated that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia�s sterling performance in the witness box has vindicated Nana Akufo Addo as far as the wisdom in picking him as a running mate is concerned. Richard Asante Yeboah told Peacefmoline.com in an interview that, �if you look at Dr. Bawumia�s demeanor, how he conducted himself, his level of confidence, his stature, the way he articulates issues to the understanding of all listeners and the crowd around him, I know that beyond the fact that he would be the Vice-President in the next two three months, he would go on to become the President of Ghana�. According to the young communicator of the biggest opposition party, the Vice-presidential Candidate of the NPP in the 2012 elections has proven to be a potential Presidential Candidate at the on-going Supreme Court election petition case. �This has also shown the foresight and sagacity of Nana Akuffo Addo by keeping faith with the former Deputy Governor of the Bank of Ghana even after the 2008 general elections and I believe the majority of Ghanaians following this trial would attest to this fact,� he said. To him, having followed with keen interest the performance of the renowned economist in the witness box, he can safely conclude that �some leaders are made; some of them are borne out of situations but he is one of a kind�.
