I Like Tsatsu Tsikata, He Is Confident and IntelligentBut Bawumia Is Good Nana Akomea

The Director of Communications of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Akomea has admitted that counsel for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Tsatsu Tsikata who is cross examining the second petitioner in the ongoing 2012 election petition is very brainy and confident in asking his questions unlike the Tony Lithur and James Quashie-Idun respectively. Lawyer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Tsatsu Tsikata, on Monday put the star witness of the petitioners on the spot when he took over the cross-examination exercise. Tsatsu Tsikata started on a very high note and did not give the witness any breathing space at all. But as he progressed, he engaged in friendliness and somehow toned down a little. He confronted the witness first with the issue of pink sheets by reminding Dr. Bawumia that he had sworn to tell the truth and so he should adhere to that, since anything to the contrary would defy the oath to speak the truth. At a point when Tsikata wanted to bully the witness, but lawyers for the petitioners did some murmurings, which compelled Justice Jones Dotse to remind both sides that there was no need to make any noise if they wanted to raise an objection. Despite all these qualms by Tsikata, the former NPP MP on Asempa FM believes Tsatsu Tsikata has proven why he obtained his first degree in law at the age of nineteen (19). I like him (Tsatsu Tsikata) and he is an expert in law and you cant take that away from him. No wonder he had his first degree in law at the age of nineteen (19), he is brainy. From the way he asks his question shows maturity. He is confident in asking his questions, but the answers Dr. Bawumia gave, I pray the court will hear to that, he said.
