We Must Enact Laws To Prevent Political Parties From Going To Court After Elections - Yaw Gyan

National Organizer of the National Democratic Congress, Yaw Boateng Gyan has advised the judiciary specifically the judges enrolled to preside over the case involving the NPPs petition to fish out ways to bar political parties from going to court after every general election. Yaw Boateng Gyan established that, if his suggestion is wrapped into the dustbin, the country risks being taken aback whenever elections are held. He pleaded with authorities in charge of enacting laws to factor in the valuable natural resources the country has lost because precious time has been allocated to the case presented before the highest court of the land. Speaking on Okay FM, Yaw Boateng Gyan noted that knowing for sure that the NPPs case wouldnt get anywhere before it burst into thin air like bubbles, he isnt bothered by their case but rather; concerned about the waste of hours and money. When you take a look at the number of hours a state owned media house like GTV uses to cover the event, the allowances the judges are to take, the number of people who are wasting their time and energy sitting in the room, it makes me weep, he said.
