Tsatsu Needs To Be Present Minded In Court And Stop "Wandering At Atiwa Forest"

A member of the NPPs communication team, Asamoah Gyemfi has candidly opened up on the legal proficiency of Mr. Tsikata revealing that he has what it takes a lawyer to give his best shot at the technical aspect of a case but finds it extremely difficult to deal with the substantive part of it. Speaking directly to Peacefmonline.com, Asamoah Gyemfi passionately appealed to the counsel for the third respondent, Tsatsu Tsikata to walk into the courtroom with every part of him since especially when he is up on his feet and throwing questions at Dr. Bawumia. Asamoah Gyemfi made a wake up on Mr. Tsatsu to be present minded in court and stop wandering at the Atiwa forest. He called on him to refresh his memory on the details of the NPPs petition before committing the errors he has been accumulating during his cross examination. Among the irregularities we filed, we stated that there was over voting, voting without verification, same serial numbers on pink sheets and none signing by presiding officers. According to him, Mr. Tsikatas cross examination style is solely based on discrediting the star witness which he comfortably predicted that would be shattered into pieces. He noted that it is about time the legal team behind the NDC realized that the case before the Supreme Court isnt a trial but rather a petition and could not be treated as a mere case. Mr. Gyemfi tasked Mr. Tsikata to stop classifying the irregularities reported by the NPPs petitioners as transpositional, clerical and administrative errors when he hadnt proven in court that the case by the NPP were wrong.
