Justice Kpegah: I'll Appeal Against Ruling

Former Justice of the Supreme Court, Francis Yaonasu Kpegah has said he will appeal against the ruling by the High Court which dismissed the suit he filed against the 2012 flagbearer for the New Patriotic Party, Nana Akufo-Addo accusing him of impersonation. In an interview with Citi News Justice Kpegah said he is shocked and displeased with the ruling of the judge. �I was shocked by the ruling of the judge but I accept it wholeheartedly.� According to the former Supreme Court Justice he will review the ruling and file the necessary applications; �I am fighting this thing to the last because I know I have a good case legally. I will have a meeting with my lawyers.� A High Court in Accra on Thursday dismissed a suit filed by a former Justice of the Supreme Court, Francis Yaonasu Kpegah against the legitimacy of Nana Addo as a lawyer. Justice Kpegah had claimed Nana Akufo Addo is holding himself out as a lawyer when the evidence available to him proves otherwise.
