Tsatsu Tsikata Wants To Portray Himself As A "Legal Wizard" In The Country - Hopeson Adoryeh

Tsatsu Tsikata, according to Hopeson Adoryeh wants to see himself as the "legal wizard" in the country, but was not conversant with the C1 on the pink sheet which Dr. Bawumia had to educate him on. He told Okay FM that, looking at his (Tsatsu Tsikata) demeanor in court he feels the counsel for the NDC is portraying himself as such. According to him, Tsatsu Tsikata is repeating what Tony Lithur had already cross-examined Dr. Bawumia on; asking that the court should introduce some kind of modification to manage the court proceedings. Speaking on Okay FM, he said that the court should follow the procedure of the Kenyan case and set a time frame for the cross-examination to stop any attempt to delay the proceedings. He suggested that the Supreme Court should have given two weeks to the solicitors for the three respondents to decide among themselves as to how many days each counsel would want to cross-examine the chief witness. In view of the trend of the cross-examination, the NPP communicator said that with the kind of questions Tsatsu Tsikata is asking in his cross-examination, it will unduly delay the court proceedings. He further said that Tsatsu Tsikata wants to be seen that he is doing something extraordinary from what his learned colleagues have done; stressing that he has not done anything new apart from repeating and using the pink sheet which Tony Lithur has completed his cross-examination on. He therefore said that Tsatsu Tsikata has not been impressive not because he has nothing to say but rather he is dazzled at the level of experience Dr. Bawumia has demonstrated; recounting that Dr. Bawumia has remained focus since the beginning of the cross-examinations and he has answers to all their questions.
