Former Kenyan PM Raila Odinga Asks Ghanaians To Accept Final Verdict Of Election Petition Hearing

Kenya's Former Prime Minister and a major contender in the just ended Kenya elections Raila Odinga, is calling on Ghanaians to accept the final verdict of the Supreme Court Election 2012 petition hearing in the spirit of National peace. Speaking in an interview on the sidelines of the Third Times CEO Summit Africa in London, Mr Odinga said challenging election results in court is not wrong as it is needed to build a strong democracy. He insisted that institutions must be respected. Mr Odinga had also been in court to contest the election results of Kenya's President Uhuru Kenyetta in whose favour the court ruled.
