The wife of the Vice President, Mrs Matilda Amissah-Arthur has challenged Librarians to double up efforts at catching up on the technology-driven world, by upgrading themselves and the libraries they operate.
Mrs Amissah-Arthur was speaking at the 7th Inaugural Presidential address of the Ghana Library Association in Accra.
