In a bid to tout his own statistical credentials which in his estimation equals that of Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia, the only appointed General of Mosquitoes, Asiedu Nketia has posited that �if Bawumia worked at Bank of Ghana, I also worked at a Rural Bank. If he worked in the city, I also worked in my village�. The General Secretary for the National Democratic Congress, who cannot wait to mount the witness box and give testimony in the on-going election petition suit challenging the legitimacy of President John Dramani Mahama, says he is anxiously awaiting his turn to face the legal team of the petitioners. The second petitioner, Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia, is currently being cross examined by counsel for the third Respondent (NDC), Tsatsu Tsikata but Johnson Asiedu Nketia, perhaps seeking to gain a bit of the spotlight, humorously declared that he is just an ordinary palm wine tapper trained to tell the truth unlike his colleague from the other side of the political divide in the witness box. Speaking on Okay FM, Asiedu Nketia sent a prior notice to all those assuming he is going to flop on the very day he mounts the witness box, declaring that �it is going to be Bank of Ghana (Dr. Bawumia) versus Rural Bank (Asiedu Nketia)�.
