The 16-year-old mother of the conjoined twins delivered at the Central Regional Hospital yesterday has refused to accept the children. The teenage mother, who is said to be traumatised, is yet to set eyes on her children. She is said to also be in fear of ridicule by members of her community because of her babies. The father of the babies according to the babies' mother has refused to support. More soon
