J. A. Plant Pool Launches SINOTRUK To Commence Their 5th Anniversary Celebration

JA Plant Pool Ghana Limited has commemorated its five years anniversary with the launch of Sinotruk A7 trucks in Accra. The high-standard configurations A7 truck is equipped with powerful mechanical engine and reliable transmission. It also adopts many components made by famous suppliers in the world such as WADCO, ZF, VDO to guarantee quality. The A7 truck has more than hundreds of models such as tractors head, tipper, concrete mixer, fuel tanker, water tanker and many others to meet difference requirement of our customers. Sinotruk, a leading manufacturer of trucks in China and has appointed JA Plant Pool as the sole dealer of the A7 range of trucks based on their long standing relationship. JA Plant Pool, which is a rebirth of Plant Pool Limited, since 2008 has couched a niche for itself as leaders in the sale, rental and leasing of earth moving equipment, heavy duty trucks, machinery and Yutong buses in the country. Speaking at the launch of the 5th anniversary, Managing Director of JA Plant Pool, Lolu Akindele revealed that the company is in talks with its partners to set up a joint venture assembly plant in Ghana to assemble trucks and equipment from SKD/CKD parts to make the products cheaper and more affordable in the country. He also disclosed that the company is working out a medium/long term financing measures to assist local contractors on a higher purchase transaction. "After five years of operation, we are poised to take the company to the next level hence the anniversary theme: Repositioning for Market Leadership and Total Customers Satisfaction. This is not just a manifesto but a commitment to our customers and other stakeholders," he stressed. Lolu Akindele underscored Plant Pool�s commitment to help meet the transport needs of the country and called on government to offer them the needed support. He acknowledged the vision and entrepreneurial spirit of Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong, Executive Chairman of Jospong and Zoomlion groups of Companies for creating jobs for the teeming youth in the country. Lolu Akindele also expressed gratitude to their partners and customers who have contributed to the success story of the company. On her part, the Minister for Transport, Dzifa Attivor congratulated JA Plant Pool for their success and urged other companies to emulate their example. She said government will continue to support companies that are ready to create jobs to curb the growing unemployment rate in the country. Dzifa Attivor called on the management of JA Plant Pool to expedite action on its assembly plant to cut down cost of importing vehicle parts into the country. For the past five years, JA Plant Pool has extended its services beyond the shores of Ghana supplying buses, trucks, equipments and after sales services to customers in Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea, Togo, Sierra Leone, Mali and Benin.
