We Support Supreme Court's Ruling - Amaliba

A member of the legal team of the third respondent in the election petition case, Abraham Amaliba has indicated that his team supports the Supreme Court judge's ruling when it instructed the Tsatsu Tsikata to take his complaints to KPMG. The Supreme Court upheld an objection against an oral application by Tsatsu Tsikata for tighter controls in the auditing of pink sheets, after respondents raised an alarm that a head count of the number of boxes of pink sheets at the registry shows an increase in number. The first and third respondents complained to the court on Tuesday that seven unaccounted boxes were added to the list of boxes to be audited. In an interview with Citi News, Mr Amabila said: We are not against the ruling but we must understand that we are before a court of competent jurisdiction. That court must be told of anything that goes wrong somewhere. Reporting back to court was not wrong, and the court calling for us to deal with the referee to handle the matter is in its proper place.
