General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Johnson Asiedu Nketia has confessed that he has no certificate in law. �All my certificates, none of them included a certificate of law,� Mr Nketia, popularly known as General Mosquito, said on Wednesday during his cross-examination by Phillip Addison in the election petition hearing. He was replying to one of the questions posed by Mr Addison, given the witness' 34-year experience in elections in Ghana. Mr Nketia's reply created uneasiness among counsel of the petitioners, who thought of it as disrespectful. �There is nothing disrespectful about the witness saying he has no certificate in law,� Tsatsu Tsikata, lead counsel for the third respondent said. �Even some may take it as a mark of honesty,� he stressed.
