Asiedu Nketia Demonstrated In Court How NDC Rigged Elections Over The Years

The General Secretary of the ruling NDC, Johnson Asiedu Nketia has demonstrated in court through his cross-examination by lawyer Philip Addison on how the NDC has been winning elections over the years without been caught, according to Charles Owusu, a member of the communication team for the Progressive Peoples Party (PPP). He said that the General Secretary of the NDC stated in court that some people can harbor extra ballot papers in their sleeves in order to cast more than one vote; requiring how it has been possible for the NDC to have access to the ballot papers before they are given out to the suffrage to vote. Speaking on Okay FM, he reiterated that the example of Asiedu Nketia of how over-voting may arise goes to show clearly how the general elections in the country has been rigged by the NDC; adding that it was the hand of God which pushed him to confess the tricks of the NDC in every elections in the country. He however said that this is a shame; stressing that the shameful confession of Asiedu Nketia in court has exposed the rigging scenery of the NDC and because the party has no knowledge of the biometric elections, his party has been caught. He further said that Asiedu Nketias idea of over-voting is a fiasco, saying that he got it wrong with the explanation that over-voting may only occur when the total votes exceed the number of people in a particular registry; adding that General Mosquito as he is affably called should have known that when the total votes exceed the papers issued to voters could amount to over-voting. In the estimation of Charles Owusu, the cross-examination of Asiedu Nketia has strengthened the case of the petitioners since he could not ascertain that there were no irregularities in the 2012 election which he had sought to do in court.
