NPP Never Trained Some of Their Polling Agents Prior To The 2012 Election Dr. Wereko Brobby

A leading member of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Charles Wereko Brobby has blamed the NPP party headship for their defeat in the 2012 Presidential elections since the party was over confidence that they were going to win the election. According to him, filing a petition to challenge the outcome of the election in court is just a waste of time and wished this had not happened. Wereko Brobby alleged that almost all of the NPP polling agents recruited to monitor the 26,002 polling stations in the 2012 elections across the country were trained a night before the election day and some were no trained at all, thinking that would have persuaded them to win the elections. I spoke to one of the NPP polling agents and he confirmed to me that the night before the elections before they (Polling agents) were trained. How can a big political party like the NPP train its polling agents a night before an election? some were not even trained at all but worked as polling agents for the NPP during the election time, he asserted. He however dared any NPP card bearing member to challenge his allegation and he will prove to them that the defeat of the 2012 election was due to their mistakes not the Electoral Commission (EC). Dr. Wereko Brobby contended that logistics such as bicycles needed to protect ballots nationwide in 2012 are still hoarded in most NPP constituency offices across the country. Speaking on Asempa FM, Dr. Wereko Brobby aka Tarzan stated that he intentionally kept mute so as not to be charge with contempt, but he thinks this is the right time to voice out the truth behind the evil deeds of the NPP court case. There are so many things I dont want to say because people will start talking, but this is the time to voice out the truth so the NPP supporters will know what is going on. Bicycles for the polling agents are still packed in some constituency offices, he said. Nonetheless, Dr. Wereko Brobby again alleged that the NPP rigged before being declared by the EC as winners of the 2000 elections.
