Kotoko Is More Eager To Win The Glo League Trophy Than Any Other Club � Alhaji Lamin

Business philanthropist and Board member of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Alhaji Abu Lamin is expectant Kumasi-based porcupine worries will emerge as winner of the 2012-2013 Glo premier league title. Kotoko who sit on top of the league table with 53 points ahead of Berekum Chelsea with the same points but goals difference according to the board member will concentrate on winning their crucial match against Amidaus Professionals to secure their league title. In an interview with Peace FM�s PEACE POWER SPORTS, Alhaji Lamin believes as a professional, the players know the need of defending the title which they won last season, so mentally the players are motivated to seal a win against Amidaus coming Sunday to lift the trophy. He however hinted a play-off between them and Berekum Chelsea after Sunday�s final game if Kotoko refuses to win against Amidaus Professionals. �This particular match will decide our faith on the league table either to win or not to win the league match. There is a possibility of a play-off but all the same we (Kotoko) are concentrating on our game plan. We are focused and would want to win this match at all cost. �Our concentration is to win our game before we look at the results from any other league center. I believe they (the players) are all professional players and they know what is at stake and know it�s a final league match and know what it means to us. I believe in the boys and the coach. I know Kotoko will deliver and by all means we will win. What we are looking for is the cup,� he said.
