The budding striker dreams of playing in Uefa�s elite inter-club competition with the Romanian side. Ghana international striker Sadick Adams has said he wants to play in the Uefa Champions League with CFR Cluj hence his decision to heed advice from compatriots, Godfred Adofo and Sulley Sariki Muniru, to join the club. Adofo who is originally owned by Parma was on loan at the Romanian giants last season whilst the club also bought Muniru from Liberty Professionals during the January transfer window. �I want to become the heart of this team. I will work hard to help the club to win trophies. I want to get in the Champions League,� Adams told Stirides.ro. �The proposal came through my agent, Peter Ejiasi, who told me what it was about and asked if I was interested.� Adams added: �I hesitated a moment. I spoke with my friends Godfred Adofo and Sariki who play there and they told me it is a very big club and they encouraged me to accept the deal and join.� The 23-year-old forward who has played for Atletico Madrid, Etoile Du Sahel, Vojvodina among others nearly joined Romanian side Astra in 2010, but the club could not afford the fee.
