MTN Brings Donnie McClurkin, Uche Agu And Mthunzi Namba To Ghana

Telecommunications giant MTN appears determined not to take its foot off the pedal as far as supporting music shows go. With a lot of laurels already in its bag accumulated over the years, the telecoms company this year organised the MTN Praise and Choral Festival around Easter and there was a huge music dose in Ashantifest 2013. This years MTN Hit-Maker talent hunt is blasting away and to offer the appropriate adoration to God for all His blessings, the company is the key sponsor of the MTN Ghana Stands in Worship Concert scheduled for Saturday, July 13 at the Accra Sports Stadium. The concert is hosted by Imajin Advertising and Rev Bernard Blessings His Song Ministry. Imajin Advertisings General Manager, Francis Adjei, in a chat with the Daily Graphic said that his outfit was appreciative of the MTN support. Cecilia Marfo, No Tribe, Mary Ghansah and Miriam of MTN Hit-Maker fame are among the Ghanaian artistes slated to perform. Also due to be there to thrill the audience are Donnie McClurkin, the three-time Grammy Award winner from America; the Nigerian-born Uche Agu and Mthunzi Namba from South Africa. Kojo Soboh, Events and Promotions Manager at Imajin Advertising, said tickets for the show are out at various outlets across Accra selling at Gh20 regular and Gh40 VIP. Patronage is so far encouraging because people realise the ticket prices are extremely reasonable for the quality and quantity of music they will enjoy at the concert, said Soboh. The MTN Ghana Stands in Worship Concert is supported by UniBank, Janaam Car Rental, Exquisite Decor and refreshed by Coca Cola and Special Ice Mineral Water.
