Salzburg In The Market To Replace Injured Isaac Vorsah

The Austrian club are in the market for a centre back as they face various degrees of injuries at the back with that of Ghanaian Isaac Vorsah looking more serious. Austrian giants Red Bull Salzburg are in the market looking for another central defender to fill the void left by their injured Ghanaian centre back Isaac Vorsah. Red Bull are also grappling with injuries that have hit other guardsmen and would not want to take chances. A central defender is wanted, Vorsah is going to stay out for so long after tearing his ligament getting to the end of last season, Ralf Rangnick, the clubs sports director told Sportnet.at. Frank Schiemer is also slightly injured, and Rodnei was just operated upon so we need another central defender, our only fit central defender is Martin Hinteregger. Rangnick added: Andre Ramalho and Stefan Ilsanker who are naturally defensive midfielders have been our improvised central defenders. According to the club's website, Vorsah is still not fit to return and will probably no longer be used in the fall season of 2013.
