Ghana FA Boss Unsure Black Stars Returnees Will Be Available For Zambia Clash

Ghana FA boss Kwesi Nyantakyi says he cannot guarantee the availability of the Black Stars returnees for the 2014 World Cup qualifier against Zambia in September. Andre and Jordan Ayew have announced their decision to return to the Ghana team haven met with Preident John Mahama last month. They are however yet to make their decision to return to the Black Stars fold official by writing to the Ghana FA. AC Milan star Kevin-Prince Boateng according to the Ghana FA boss has also expressed the desire to return to the side he quit two years ago. Several reports have since been made of the return of these key players alongside the anticipated return of Michael Essien for the final Group D World Cup qualifier against Zambia in September. Ghana FA boss Kwesi Nyantakyi has now cast doubts over the possibility of seeing these stars return when Ghana lines up against Zambia by saying he is unsure they will be available by September. �I can�t guarantee that (availability of returnees) because those are personals decisions of the players, they decided to quit,� he told GHANAsoccernet.com. �We have been making frantic efforts and appeals to them to come back. Anytime they respond and come back we will welcome them. �But I cannot decide when they will come back and I cannot make any guarantees that they will come back. �I am in regular touch with them and the usual��oh, we are coming, I will let you know� so what else can you do? You can�t do anything beyound that.� The Black Stars only need to avoid defeat in the final 2014 Group D qualifier against Zambia on September 6. Ghana is chasing a third successive World Cup qualification but have found the Chipolipolo a bogey side in recent matches.
