Congress will decide the start date for the 2013/2014 Ghana Premier League next month. The governing body�s annual congress will take place on 28 -29 August at the Ghanaman Centre of Excellence in Prampram. The highest decision making body will also confirm the relegated clubs- Real Tamale United, Berekum Arsenal and Tema Youth. Their places in the top-flight will be taken by Inter Allies, Bechem United and Hasaacas. There are indications the new campaign will start in the second week of September.
