No two ways about it�� says James Kwabena Bomfeh Jnr, former National Youth Organiser of the Convention People�s Party (CPP). Kwabena Bomfeh Jnr, popularly known as Kabila was speaking to the various agitations by some youth in the National Democratic Congress (NDC) concerning the nominations of District Chief Executives (DCEs). Kabila told Kwami Sefa Kayi, host of Peace FM�s morning show �Kokrokoo� that the various agitations can be attributed to the fact that majority of President Mahama�s nominees are not accepted by the people in the districts; hence the numerous agitations but was quick to add that �they are no basis for violence and vandalism to occur�. �The basis of these agitations is that the presidency cannot ascertain who can do the work and who cannot; leading to the appointment of someone who is not popular or accepted by the majority in the district�� According to him, the fact that the agitations cut across the country is an indication that there is something wrong somewhere. �The other possibility is that the president and his administration are so unpopular that any action they take is flawed and disliked by the majority�Ghanaians are facing a lot of difficulty so much so that the current administration has become unpopular and as a result anything that comes from them is rejected�� he intimated. He said even if one is tempted not to make comparison of various administrations in the past, these agitations in the recent times are so many that it cannot be ignored. He urged President Mahama to do all he can to make himself as well as his government popular so that Ghanaians will also accept whatever he does. Kabila also advised the youth to avoid violence and find other means of sending their message across and asked the police to deal with anyone caught in the act of vandalism since �lawlessness cannot be entertained in the country�
