Popular Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie has openly declared his interest in celebrated Ghana actress, Yvonne Okoro, who has always maintained she is single.
During his performance at the taping of Channel O News Live at the Silver Star Towers, in Accra last Sunday evening, the multiple award winner artiste, who has previously been linked with singer Efya confirmed speculations that he was interested in the �Contract� actress.
�If I get, I will carry,� he said referring to Yvonne while on stage.
When Sarkodie was about to conclude his performance on the night, he pulsed and called, �Yvonne Okoro, where is Yvonne Okoro?�
But the beautiful actress was by then on the red carpet granting interviews. Then some guests in the audience answered him and said she was not around and further asked him in local parlance, �Do you love her?� Interestingly, the rapper replied, �If I get, I will carry.�
Before the incident, the two great stars were spotted exchanging pleasantries at the car park. The cute, Yvonne was in the company of her two sisters, Roseline and Elizabeth Okoro and a male friend.
Sarkodie and Yvonne Okoro made the headlines in November last year at the Youth Achievers Awards when they were caught in a public pose for the first time. The two great celebrities until that time had not been seen hovering around each other publicly before.
