Kotoko Closing In On Ghana U-20 Midfield Dynamo Moses Odjer

Ghanaian champions Asante Kotoko are closing in on Ghana U20 midfield destroyer Moses Odjer. The Tema Youth midfielder has been on the wish-list of the Porcupine Warriors after his sterling performance at this years FIFA Under-20 World Youth Championship. Representative of the 16-year-old has held advanced talks with Kotoko over a potential move. However the players purpoted move to Kumasi will hinge on his inability to secure a move abroad with clubs in Europe believed to have expressed interest in his signature. Kotoko coach Mas-ud Dramani is a key admirer of the talented youngster and has been pushing for his signature ahead of their Premier League title defense and their participation in the CAF Champions League. Unlike their arch-rivals Hearts, Kotoko seems to be landing their targeted players after signing Jordan Opoku and Christopher Bonney while Yahaya Mohammed has returned to the side. They are close to sealing a one-year loan deal with Maritzburg United winger Frank Sarfo Gyamfi with striker Nathaniel Asamoah expected to conclude talks with the club in the coming days.
