The Cape Coast Hospital has been advised to pay serious attention to its Complaints Unit in order to serve its clients better. This is because, the Unit provides a useful guide for the Hospital in its service delivery especially now that it is on its way to become a teaching hospital. The call was made by the Central Regional Minister, Samuel Sarpong, when he toured the hospital in Cape Coast.
