As part of efforts to promote peace ahead of the Supreme Court verdict on the 2012 election petition, supporters of the ruling NDC and opposition NPP, have agreed to embark on a peaceful walk on Saturday in the Upper West Region.
They are to wear their party T-shirts during the peace walk through some principal streets of the regional capital.
The Catholic Bishop of the Wa Diocese, Most Rev Dr Paul Bemile, dropped the hint at a peace talk organised by the Wa Diocese of Satellite Peace Centre for Regional Executives of the two big political parties in Wa.
