Nii Okwei Kinka Dowuona, Osu Paramount Chief has called on the media to be circumspect in their reportage after the ruling on the election petition by the Supreme Court.
�Ensure that when somebody makes unguarded statements you do not put them out in the public. These are the mistakes that create problems in a country,� he said.
Nii Kinka Dowuona, who gave the advice in an interview with the Ghana News Agency at Osu, on Monday, urged Ghanaians to accept the verdict of the Supreme Court and live peacefully as family members.
The Osu Mantse said teasing is a remote cause for confusion and misunderstanding and advised the people to avoid it, saying; �This time is not for election campaign, we should rather focus our minds on how the nation would develop. This is not the end of the world.�
