The former Asante Kotoko coach says the four-time African champions can match the seven-time winners of Afcon despite their unbeaten record in the World Cup qualifiers. Ghana assistant coach Maxwell Konadu has described Egypt as �a big side that cannot be walked over� even in the face of their political crisis. The Black Stars will face off with the Pharaohs in the weekend of 11-15 October in the first leg of two-legged play-offs of the 2014 World Cup qualifiers. The former Asante Kotoko coach noted the seven-time African champions have seen it all in world football and would not be affected by the political turmoil in their country. �Egypt are a big side and not any nation that we can walk over them. Their form in recent times shows how strong they are and their players have played at the big stage, but with our materials they can't stop us,� Happy FM was told by Konadu. �We are hungrier than them. We have started our preparations already and ready for them.� Konadu served notice that the political situation in the north African country should not serve as basis for Ghanaians to gauge the outcome of the fixtures. �We should not deceive ourselves by the political situation in Egypt. I will never agree with anyone on that issue that because their league is not running well as a result of the situation we are going to beat them easily. Look at how they are doing so well in the Caf Champions League.�
