Rotaract Club donates to Accra Psychiatric Hospital

The Rotaract Club on Saturday donated second hand clothes, shoes, and belts to the Accra Psychiatric Hospital. With the aim of providing support to the less privileged in society, the Rotaract Club is a community based organisation for young individuals between the ages of 18 to 30 years. The donation was part of the launching of the clubs yearly projects dubbed fabrics of life which is aimed at collecting a maximum of 100,000 clothes and accessories for 20,000 individuals in the society. The Club also connected a borehole to the main water supply of the hospital to ensure the constant supply of water for their daily activities. The President of the Club, Joseph Dankwah presenting the items to the hospital, said they would continue to render support to the hospital every time. Mr Nsiah Anyetey, Deputy Director of Nursing Services at the hospital, receiving the items, thanked the members of the Rotaract Club for their gesture and called for more support from other philanthropists.
