MTN Holds Career Fair For Young Job Seekers

Ghana�s leading telecommunications company, MTN, has announced plans for a Career Fair to be held at the National Theatre on 26th September 2013 from 9am to 4pm. The �MTN Career Fair� is aimed at helping graduates and final year students in tertiary institutions to bridge the career guidance and counseling gap and assist them in their search for employment. Students and young school leavers will receive guidance on how to write compelling CVs and how to prepare for job interviews. Registered participants will also have the opportunity to meet recruitment agencies and prospective employers for job interviews during and after the fair. Also in line with MTN�s employee value proposition, MTN believes in sharing and nurturing talents as a contribution to Ghana�s human resource development. Commenting on the initiative, the Corporate Services Executive of MTN Ghana, Mrs Cynthia Lumor said, �Today�s job market has become highly competitive and in our bid to empower the youth to meet the challenges of a dynamic corporate world, MTN is holding this Career Fair to arm students with tools that will help them get placements in reputable companies such as MTN.
