The Judgment Debt Commission will invite the former Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC), Tsatsu Tsikata to answer questions on the sale of the GNPC drill ship. The Sole Commissioner, Justice Yaw Appau announced this on Tuesday at the sitting. Citi News�s Sammi Wiafe who attended Tuesday's sitting reported that the Sole Commissioner said Mr. Tsikata and the former Energy Minister, Kan Dapaah will appear to explain the circumstance under which the ship was sold. According to him Justice Appau however did not give a specific date as to when the gentlemen will appear before it.
