The Founder and General Overseer of The Makers House Chapel International, Rev. Michael Nyamekye (DD) has exhorted Ghanaians to seek God's intervention over challenges confronting them, while believing that God will show his mercy on the nation. Rev. Nyamekye who has carved a niche for himself in the enterprise of inspiring Christians to strive to achieve excellence by depending on Christ, also admonished Christians to hold on to their faith and believe in the philosophy of Christ that God is still in the business of possibilities. He stressed on the need for Christians to psyche themselves up and have a firm conviction that they could scale up the challenges of any eventuality that could confront them as God is still in the realm of possibilities. Speaking to the congregation on Sunday ahead of a seven day Teaching and Prophetic Service which begins from October 13th - 20th 2013, Rev. Michael Nyamekye stressed, the need for Christians to occasionally devote time to undergo thorough spiritual exercise, in order to renew their commitment to the service of Christ. According to Rev. Nyamekye, such exercise will help rebuild the Christian faith and strengthen the bondage with Christ and totally disconnect Christians from attitudes and lifestyles that are injurious to their relationship with Christ. He said although weakness is a natural embodiment of life is the occasional spiritual cleansing that will absolve believer from sin. The Rev. Nyamekye noted that the week-long event christened; "It's still possible", will go a long way to strengthen Christians' collective desire to serve Christ well. Explaining further, Rev. Nyamekye who has been blessed with the gift of second sight emphasized, the need for followers of Christ to continue to devote their time and energy to commune with God rather than stretching out their energies in the strive for physical and material things. He assured, God - the creator and originator of wealth - will not allow his flock to lack if they genuinely serve Him. He said the seven day Teaching and Prophetic Service is one of the many church programs lined up to help rebuild the faith of the Church and make the believers real soldiers of Christ, to be combat ready and take territories and fulfil destinies. Some seasoned Men of God expected to minister during the week-long programme include: Rev. (Dr.) Frank O. Appiah of the All nations Church, Atlanta USA, Prophet Amoako Attah of the Awaken Worship Center, Takoradi as well the host Rev. Michael Nyanmekye. The Makers House International Chapel is a bible believing church that is making giant strides among the comity of charismatic churches by influencing lives and bringing hope to the maimed and the hopeless. The church, which is steadily but geometrically increasing its membership on daily basis, has become a solemn abode for many whose destinies have been disfigured and are seeking remedies from God for their lives.
