Olele was playing for Olympics in 1988 - Grusah

King Faisal chief Alhaji Grunsah claims Black Stars returnee goalkeeper Richard Kingson aka Olele played in the 1988 Ghana Premier League with Great Olympics. The 35-year-old has been recalled by Kwesi Appiah for the October 15 clash with Egypt and opinions are sharply divided over his return. Grusah failed to comment on the Doxa first choice keeper's return but mentions he saw the former Wigan and Blackpool keeper play in the 1988 league with Olympics. "I'm not the coach, its Kwesi Appiah who can talk about it. I support the squad but he [Richard Kingson] was playing for Olympics in 1988," he told Accra-based Oman FM. Kingson has replaced Razak Brimah in the Ghana squad but he must compete with Adam Kwarasey and Fatau Dauda for the number one spot.
