In leading the delivery of a bold new digital world to its customers, MTN is partnering with Samsung to provide data bundles for the latest released tablet Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Subscribers who purchase the Samsung Note 3 from any MTN Service center or outlet will receive 2.5GB of data each month for a period of three months. They will also receive souvenirs from MTN. Users of The Galaxy Note 3 must text �MTN� to short code 151 to access the free data offer. Announcing the offer, the Chief Marketing Officer for MTN, Mr. Rahul De said, �Since MTN launched the 3.5G technology, there have been countless initiatives to increase access to data compatible devices as well as to promote use of data services on our network. Some of the devices include modems, handsets, laptops, netbooks, etc.� �Our partnership with Samsung creates another opportunity for us to make data available to users of smart devices and we hope to make internet connectivity more enjoyable for users of Samsung Galaxy Note 3,� he added. MTN is also providing various data offers in partnership with other device manufacturers such as TECNO Mobile, Huawei and Nokia. Subscribers who purchase devices from any of these phone brands enjoy some amount of free data. Other promotions encouraging MTN subscribers to use data services include the �Money Back� offer under which MTN gives back to customers the full value of the device purchased in voice and data usage over a period of 12 months. MTN is confident that due to the current rollout initiative and upgrade of its network, subscribers using these smart devices will enjoy high speed data services.
