A Black Stars Win Will Bring Respite From Political Depression To Ghanaians - Kofi Jumah

Former New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament for Asokwa, Maxwell Kofi Jumah, wants the Senior National Football Team, the Black Stars to win their crucial encounter against the Pharoahs of Egypt to bring the much needed respite to the Ghanaians after what he describes as the awful political months. Though he believes the match will not be a walk over for the stars, he was very optimistic of a convincing victory and called for national prayers to help the stars secure the win.. I prayer seriously that Ghana will win the game against Egypt. We need that relief from depression and after, it will serve as a therapy from the depression the Supreme Courts decision put Ghanaians through, he said. Ghana will host Egypt in the first leg of its FIFA World Cup play-off qualifiers on October 15 at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi with the return leg in Cairo on November 19. The winner of the two leg play-off, qualifies for next year's finals in Brazil.
