If I Were A Voter, I Certainly Wouldnt Vote For Sir John Agalga

A Deputy Minister for the interior, James Agalga is backing any candidate to win the coveted position of General Secretary of the main opposition party, except the incumbent, Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie also known as Sir John, who he describes as a person living in illusion. If I were a voter, I certainly wouldnt vote for Sir John not at all, Deputy Minister for Interior, James Agalga of the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) said. Sir John is seeking to retain his position as General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), however, he is being challenged by some re-election threats from the likes of Yaw Buaben Asamoah, who lost against him in the last contest for the same position and former presidential spokesperson, Kwabena Agyapong. According to him, he the NPP electorates are coming to terms that they lost the highly staked polls, and will be looking to vote out those who supervised their loss. Sir John is one of them and this message of victory in the face of a loss, will be his Achilles heel, he intimated as he recollect the humiliation the NPP General Secretary went through during the hearing of the Presidential Election Petition, where he was convicted on criminal contempt for bring the administration of justice into disrepute. The General Secretary position is for cool heads, look at Sir John, Agalga intimated.
