NDC Tolerates Internal Pissing In Better Than The NPP - Ben Ephson

This year has seen many top politicians from the two major political parties in Ghana, fall out with the leadership of their respective parties. Tolerance plays a key role in analyzing how the two parties have dealt with heated issues from key persons. Ben Ephson Jnr of the Daily Dispatch, on Okay FM, tried to assess the tolerance level of the two main political parties in relation to recent matters that have raised its ugly head in their camp. A recap of some of the issues that occurred within the two major political parties will suffice. Dr. Wereko Brobbey and Dr. Nyaho Tamakloe from the New Patriotic Party were first to record a frosty relationship with their party. Their respective opinions on how poor their party tackled the Supreme Court issue, resulted in them being subjected to incessant backlash in the media. In the end, Dr. Brobbey was suspended by the National Executives of the party and Dr. Tamakloe was accused of acting as an agent for the NDC just to destabilize the party. Perhaps, not to be undone, the National Democratic Congress decided to let Ghanaians know that all is also not well in their party. Bigwigs, in the persons of Martin Amidu and Alban Bagbin have received their fair share of scathing attacks for openly going against the current administration.
