A 14 year old girl, who only gave her name as Nadia explained to Adakabre, the host of Me Man Ntion NEAT FM in a telephone interview that, Lawrence was whisked away in a blue-black Toyota salon car at about 7:30 on Monday morning. Nadia claims Lawrence Quayeson had sought refuge in her parents house, which doubles as a chop bar, near Dansoman last night after parting ways with Victoria Hammah, the sacked deputy Minister of Communications. they came and asked him to follow them. He then did not even have time to dress well. I dont know who they are but Lawrence left his phone with me because he was still charging it, the teenager recounted. She claimed she saw the two men enter the vehicle with Lawrence and drove away. This recent development comes after Mr. Quayeson expressed fear for his life due to threats he had received after a tape, on which his former boss, Victoria Hammah was heard expressing the desire to get a million dollars, because in her view, if you have money you can control people. Lawrence was Thursday arrested by the Mile 7 District Police when Victoria Hammah lodged complaint against him for allegedly recording her private conversations secretly. He was released the following day.
