On Nduoms Facebook Wall: No One Can Guarantee Bread On The Table Except By Our Own Sweat

My discussions with many people this past week leave me to question our willingness as Ghanaians to "Be Prepared" and to do right by all at all times. Many want to get away with doing nothing. They do not work yet they want to live a life without needing anything. They pretend everything is fine and pounce on anyone shining light on the truth. We Ghanaians must learn and know that there is right and there is wrong. There are things we must do if we want to live well. No one can guarantee bread on the table except by our own sweat. When we pretend, we must know that reality will catch up with us eventually. Those who are not prepared eventually pay a heavy price - as was read in Church today. 2 Peter 3:10-11 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything done in it will be laid bare. Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives
