GBA Send Goodwill Message To Agbeko

The Ghana Boxing Authority (GBA) has sent a goodwill message to Joseph Agbeko ahead of the World Boxing Authority (WBA) and World Boxing Council (WBC) Super Batamweight title fight against Guillermo Rigondeux Otis on Saturday, December 7, at the Broadwalk Hall, Atlantic City, Atlantic City, New Jersey, United States of America (USA). A statement from the Public Relations outfit of the GBA said, though the opponent is one of the best boxers in the division, they are confident Agbeko is well prepared to annex the two titles on Saturday. �Agbeko has over the past months been in USA preparing himself for this particular fight, and we have no doubt that he has conditioned himself well to make himself and the whole nation proud,� the statement noted. The statement said Agbeko�s rich experienced in the game and his determination to return to win the world title again will spur him on to deliver. Agbeko, 33, three-time world champion goes into the fight with a record of 29 fights, 22 knockouts and four losses, whilst the Cuban who resides in America and turned professional three years after a long spell in the amateur ranks has a fight record of 12, with no defeat and recorded eight wins through knock out. Otis, also 33 is touted as one of the best boxers in the Super Bantamweight.
