Business activities in the Kumasi metropolis are yet to pick up about two weeks to the main Christmas festivities.
During a survey of market activities in parts of the metropolis, almost all the traders interviewed were unanimous that sales are very low.
They were however hopeful that the situation would improve as the yuletide draws nearer.
